Return Policy

We offer free and hassle-free returns and exchanges with no questions asked. You have 15 days from the date of deliveryto fill the return/exchange request form. Kindly send the product back to our studio after filling the form.

Please note that we cannot assist you with returns or exchanges on Instagram DM, Facebook messages, or any other contact apart from the email/number mentioned here:wocadesigns@gmail.com

Important Notes

  • We cannot arrange a return pickup unless you have received a damaged or wrong product.
  • Products purchased during any sale are non-refundable. You may exchange them or request a coupon code of the same value.
  • The to-and-fro courier cost will be borne by you for returns. Refunds will include only product cost, not shipping.
  • For exchanges, a unique coupon code will be provided once we receive the returned item. This process may take up to 20 working days.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 days from delivery date to reflect in your bank account. Refunds/Bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders.
  • COD orders are non-refundable. You will receive a coupon code worth your product value, valid for 30 days.

    Closed on Sundays & National Holidays

  • Cancellations are possible only until the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Cancellation Policy

We usually ship orders within 2–3 working days. You may contact us to cancel your order until it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details on your registered email ID.

Wocadesigns.in reserves the right to cancel any order if the requirement cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, communication and refunds (if applicable) will be processed promptly.
